Its AI offerings include “agentic AI,” which includes smart digital assistants capable of handling complex, multi-step tasks based on simple user requests. As more companies seek ways to reduce costs and improve productivity, ServiceNow’s tools are gaining traction—especially in industries and government sectors where efficiency is a top priority.

Want some numbers? ServiceNow recently delivered a strong Q1, with subscription revenue up 19% year-over-year and 72 new deals over $1 million in annual value. Its AI-focused Pro Plus offerings surged 150% in deal volume, reflecting rising demand for advanced features. The company is also seeing rapid growth in the public sector, with U.S. government revenue up over 30%. Despite a recent 23% stock jump, shares are still down more than 30% from recent highs, leaving room for potential growth.
