⭐️ Today’s Feature

What changed when brokerages opened their APIs to AI

Until recently, AI agents could read about markets but couldn't act on them. That changed in 2026. Here's how moomoo API Skills makes it work:

  1. Local gateway. Holds your credentials on your device, so the AI never sees your password.

  2. MCP-compatible. Connects Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible agent to a live account.

  3. Approval Mode. Every order waits for confirmation, with position limits and stop losses enforced at the gateway, not on trust.

Check out moomoo and receive 8.1% APY on idle cash for 2 months (3.35% after) plus up to $1,000 in NVIDIA stock with a qualified deposit.

Promo 8.1% APY = 3.35% base + 4.75% booster (2 mo up to $20K). T&Cs apply. Moomoo does not sponsor any AI agents or LLM, and clients must make their own choice. Any output from your AI agent connected to moomoo API Skills should not be considered investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell or hold a security and should not be used as the basis of any investment decision. MTI and its affiliates make no representations or warranties with respect to the accuracy, completeness, quality, or timeliness of the output. Promo 8.1% APY (as of 12/10/25) for new users only. Actual APY may differ. Rates may change. New user promo subject to terms & conditions. What’s cookin’? OpenAI will reportedly delay the wider release of GPT-5.6 after a request from the Trump administration over national security concerns. Instead of launching the model broadly, OpenAI plans to release it first as a limited preview for a small group of enterprise customers. During that preview period, the government would approve customer access on a case-by-case basis. This now looks like a trend, not a one-off. Anthropic recently faced a similar issue with its Fable 5 and Mythos 5 models, when the administration restricted access over export and security concerns, including limits on foreign nationals using the technology.

🤔 Hunter’s take: The big story here is that advanced AI models are starting to be treated less like normal software and more like strategic technology. That matters because the question is no longer just “Who builds the best AI?” It is also “Who gets access, and who decides?”

What’s cookin’? Google is giving Gemini 3.5 Flash a new built-in ability called “computer use.” In simple terms, this means Gemini can help operate apps and websites more like a person would. It can look at a screen, understand what needs to happen, and take steps across browsers, mobile apps, and desktop tools. For example, a company could use it to test software, fill out routine workflows, or move information between business apps. This used to require a separate Gemini model, but now it is part of Gemini 3.5 Flash itself. Google is also adding safety tools, including options that require a person to approve risky actions and systems that stop the AI if it detects a hidden malicious instruction.

🤔 Hunter’s take: The big shift here is that AI is moving from “tell me what to do” to “do it for me.” That could save a ton of time, but it also raises the stakes. A chatbot making a mistake in text is one thing. An AI clicking the wrong button, approving the wrong action, or falling for a hidden instruction is another.

🤖 HAS AI REACHED SINGULARITY?

You've seen the AI demos. Viktor does it without you watching.

The AI tool you tried last quarter waited for a prompt, hallucinated a number, then asked if you'd like a summary.

Viktor opened a PR at 2am, rebased it against main, ran your test suite, and posted a note in #eng: "Two flaky tests in payments service, both pre-existing. Recommended merging after fixing them." Then drafted the customer reply for the support ticket the bug created.

That's 619K autonomous actions per day across 20,000+ teams. Not chat replies. Real work shipped to GitHub, Stripe, Linear, Notion, and 3,000+ other tools, from inside Slack and Microsoft Teams.

You don't supervise him any more than you supervise a senior engineer.

"It's what you probably originally thought AI was going to be when you first heard of it in sci-fi movies." Tyler, CEO.
