The stuff we cover today is the stuff your friends and colleagues will be finding out a month or two from now. Let’s get to it! 😁
⭐️ Today’s Feature:
The ops hire that onboards in 30 seconds.
Viktor is an AI coworker that lives in Slack, right where your team already works.
Message Viktor like a teammate: "pull last quarter's revenue by channel," or "build a dashboard for our board meeting."
Viktor connects to your tools, does the work, and delivers the actual report, spreadsheet, or dashboard. Not a summary. The real thing.
There’s no new software to adopt and no one to train.
Most teams start with one task. Within a week, Viktor is handling half of their ops.

Your AI is resolving tickets. Is it keeping customers?
Resolution rates look great. But Gladly's 2026 Customer Expectations Report reveals the metric most CIOs are missing — and what the data says about where AI investments actually translate into retention, not just throughput.
WHITE HOUSE UNVEILS NATIONAL AI LEGISLATIVE FRAMEWORK 🇺🇸
What’s new? The Trump Administration has released a National AI Legislative Framework.
Want the details? The framework lays out six main goals for how the federal government wants to handle AI. It calls for more tools to help parents protect children online, steps to keep electricity costs from rising because of data centers, and stronger action against AI scams and national security threats. It also aims to protect creators and intellectual property while still allowing AI systems to learn and improve. In addition, the plan focuses on preventing censorship, encouraging free speech, removing barriers that slow AI development, and expanding workforce training so more Americans are prepared for AI-related jobs.
Why should you care? As AI becomes a major part of everyday life — from work and education to safety and online content — a national framework could bring clearer rules, reduce confusion, and help the United States stay competitive in the global AI race while addressing public concerns. Some worry, however, that national legislation could take power away from individual states — some of which have unique opportunities and threats when it comes to AI.
AI HELPS DOCTORS SPOT HIDDEN ABUSE RISK 😞
What’s up? Researchers have developed an AI tool that can predict which patients may be at risk of intimate partner violence using information already collected during routine medical visits.
How does it work? The system uses machine learning to analyze patterns in healthcare data. Researchers trained a model using hospital records from hundreds of patients who had experienced intimate partner violence and thousands who had not. The AI looks at two kinds of information: structured data such as demographics and medical history, and unstructured data like doctors’ notes and radiology reports. In tests, the model correctly identified risk about 88% of the time. In many cases, the tool could detect warning signs more than three years before patients sought help from domestic abuse support services.
Why is this significant? Many cases of intimate partner violence go undetected because patients are often afraid to disclose abuse. An AI tool like this could help doctors recognize warning signs earlier and start supportive conversations with patients. By identifying risk sooner, clinicians may be able to connect patients with resources and support before the situation becomes more dangerous.
