GOOGLE PIXEL 10 PUTS AI AT YOUR FINGERTIPS 📲

What’s new? Google has unveiled its Pixel 10 smartphone lineup, featuring advanced AI tools and new durability upgrades. The Pixel 10 family includes several models, from the $799 baseline Pixel 10 to the $1,799 Pixel 10 Pro Fold.

What are the new features?

  • Gemini AI Assistant: Handles tasks like finding info in texts, managing apps, and chatting naturally.

  • Magic Cue: Analyzes the context of who you’re calling and then surfaces the most relevant information or actions, like reservation numbers, account details, or helpful prompts, right when you need them.

  • Camera Coach: Suggests better angles, lighting, and combines photos so everyone looks their best.

  • Gemini Live: Lets you chat with your phone in real time about what’s on your screen.

  • Split Screen Multitasking: Run two apps side by side, like comparing flights and hotels at once.

  • Pixel 10 Pro Fold: 8-inch foldable display with a reinforced hinge designed to last 10+ years.

GOOGLE’S AI MODE GETS PERSONALIZED UPGRADES 🔎

What’s new? Google is rolling out new “agentic” capabilities and personalized responses in AI Mode, its AI-powered search feature.

What are the features? AI Mode now does more than answer questions—it can help you get things done. For example, you can ask it to find a dinner reservation that matches your specific needs, like cuisine type, location, and party size. Behind the scenes, Google connects with platforms such as OpenTable, Resy, Ticketmaster, and more, using live browsing and its Knowledge Graph to surface real-time, relevant options. Additionally, AI Mode will now tailor answers to your interests. This means Search can remember your preferences, like a love for Italian food or outdoor seating, and suggest places that match your tastes.

Why should you care? These features transform Google Search from a tool that only gives information into one that actively helps manage tasks. For everyday users, it could mean less time clicking through sites and more time actually enjoying the activities they care about.

GOOGLE ANNOUNCES NEW AI-POWERED EARBUDS 🎧

What’s new? Google announced the Pixel Buds 2a, earbuds equipped with AI capabilities. They are currently available for pre-order and will be on shelves October 9th.

Want the details? The Pixel Buds 2a include active noise cancellation—AI that cuts background noise during calls—and a Transparency Mode so you can hear your surroundings while you listen to music or calls. They also support Gemini voice commands, letting you check directions, read emails, or pause music without pulling out your phone. Battery life is doubled, and the earbuds are smaller, lighter, and sweat-resistant. Additionally, a software update to the existing Pixel Buds Pro 2 will add head gesture controls—shake to decline a call, nod to accept.

From Italy to a Nasdaq Reservation

How do you follow record-setting success? Get stronger. Take Pacaso. Their real estate co-ownership tech set records in Paris and London in 2024. No surprise. Coldwell Banker says 40% of wealthy Americans plan to buy abroad within a year. So adding 10+ new international destinations, including three in Italy, is big. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.
