You made it to the weekend! Now take a deep breath, and take a minute to see what’s happening in AI. 😌

Some Work Requires You. Most of It Doesn’t.

Some work needs your leadership. Most just needs to get done.

When everything lands on your plate, that line disappears and your time gets consumed by work that shouldn’t be yours.

The Freedom Framework shows you what to keep and what to confidently hand off so you can focus on what truly moves your business forward.

What’s new? Google is updating its AI Search tools so that AI Overviews and AI Mode can now pull in quotes and links from Reddit, forums, and social media posts to show more firsthand human perspectives.

What will this look like? The idea is simple: When people search, they often want advice from real users, not just polished websites designed to rank highly on Google. Now Google’s AI will surface short previews from places like Reddit and specialized forums directly inside search results. It will also label these as things like “Expert Advice,” show details such as the community or creator name, and add more related links so users can dig deeper into a topic. Google is also making it easier for people to spot sources they already trust, including some news outlets they subscribe to.

Why is this significant? This changes what search is trying to be. Instead of only summarizing webpages, Google is trying to blend traditional information with real human experience. That could make search feel more useful, more personal, and sometimes more trustworthy. However, like many new search features, I would expect some embarrassing, viral results within the next few weeks as the AI learns who the ”experts” truly are. After all, who does Google really trust?

What’s up? AI has launched Grok 4.3.

Want the details? Grok 4.3 is designed to “reason” through every prompt instead of simply generating a quick response. It can handle very large amounts of text, search the web for newer information, run code, and work with files, which makes it more useful for tasks like reports, spreadsheets, and presentations. xAI is also using the model to power their new voice cloning system, which can build a digital version of someone’s voice from about two minutes of audio. That cloned voice can then be used in text-to-speech or voice agents. The tools are aimed at developers and businesses that want powerful AI without paying top-tier prices.

Why does this matter? xAI is trying to compete with OpenAI and Anthropic by making advanced AI much cheaper and more practical. That could put pressure on rivals and make powerful AI tools more accessible.

⭐️ Most people stay at the surface … but the future rewards those who dig deeper.

📲 SOCIAL MEDIA POST OF THE DAY:

The CEOs of NVIDIA, Tesla, & Microsoft Agree on One Secret

This year, the world’s biggest tech CEOs all said the same thing:

NVIDIA’s Jensen Huang called robotics a “once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.”

Microsoft’s Satya Nadella said 2026 is when AI will deliver real impact.

Tesla’s Elon Musk predicted, “AI and robots will make everyone wealthy.”

That opportunity’s arrived. Miso Robotics is leading the charge in bringing robotics solutions to the $1T fast-food industry.

Miso’s Flippy Fry Station AI robot has already logged 200K+ hours for fast-food brands like White Castle. Now, Miso has added iconic restaurant brands like Jersey Mike’s, Jamba, and Cinnabon as new customers.

With a new NVIDIA collaboration, strategic investment by industry leader Ecolab, and a growing manufacturing partnership, Miso can now scale to meet 100,000+ US fast-food restaurant locations, a $4B/year revenue opportunity.
