🛠️ NEW AI TOOLS 🛠️

👌 BARKOD

🗣️ Speech Pal

The practice room for real-life conversations.

What’s new? Google has updated AI Mode in Chrome so people in the U.S. can explore websites side-by-side with AI help, ask follow-up questions without switching tabs, and even pull in recent tabs, images, and PDFs to guide a search.

How does this work? When you click a link in AI Mode on Chrome desktop, the webpage now opens next to the AI panel instead of sending you off to a separate tab. That means you can read a site, compare options, and ask questions while keeping your original search in view. Google also added a new plus menu on desktop and mobile that lets users include recent tabs, files, and images in a search, giving AI more context for better answers.

Why should you care? This could make browsing feel faster and less scattered. Instead of constantly jumping between tabs, people can stay focused, get clearer answers, and use AI more like a live research assistant.

Distinguish real intent from malicious intent.

hCaptcha User Journeys finds malicious intent across sessions, devices, and apps. Detect intent signals that expose risk before it escalates.

What happened? Shoe company Allbirds says it is leaving the sneaker business behind and reinventing itself as an AI infrastructure company called NewBird AI. Following this announcement, the stock price rose over 600%.

Want the details? Allbirds says it will use a new $50 million financing deal to buy powerful computer chips, which are essential for training and running AI systems. Instead of selling shoes, the company wants to offer computing power to businesses that need access to AI hardware. This move comes after Allbirds sold its brand and footwear assets and shut down many of its physical stores. The company argues that demand for AI computing is growing so fast that many firms cannot get the resources they need, creating an opening for a new player.

What does this mean? This shows how strong the AI boom has become. A struggling consumer brand now sees more opportunity in supplying AI computing than in its original business.
