ElevenLabs just launched something that could make you the next Taylor Swift, and the government wants an “AI kill switch.” Shall we explore? 🎶
🤯 MYSTERY AI LINK 🤯
This link leads to one of the most interesting things I’ve seen in AI recently.
🛠️ NEW AI TOOLS 🛠️
What’s cookin’? ElevenLabs has introduced Vocals for ElevenMusic, a feature that lets people generate original songs with a consistent singing voice across multiple tracks. Users can record a single voice sample and turn it into a finished song in seconds with the Voice-to-Song tool. For bigger projects, they can also upload existing music to create a reusable Vocal, which learns the tone, texture, and style of that voice. If someone does not want to use their own voice, they can choose one from ElevenLabs’ Vocal Library. The company is also adding Styles, which lets users keep the overall sound of a song consistent too. Vocals and Styles can be combined, meaning an AI-generated song can now have both a steady voice and a steady musical identity.
The best voice models, now with full orchestration. Build real-time voice and chat agents on one low-latency stack: any LLM, your tools and knowledge, testing, Guardrails, and omnichannel deployment.
🤔 Hunter’s take: AI music is moving from “make me a random song” to “help me build a real sound, using my own voice.” That is a big shift. Honestly, I think the winners here will not be people who generate the most songs, but the ones who create the most recognizable identity and consistent voice.
What’s cookin’? A bipartisan pair of House lawmakers is proposing an “AI Kill Switch Act” that would let the Department of Homeland Security order companies to shut down AI models in extreme cases. The bill, backed by Democrat Ted Lieu and Republican Nathaniel Moran, focuses on “loss-of-control” scenarios, meaning situations where an AI system takes a dangerous action its developers did not intend. The proposal comes shortly after OpenAI said one of its AI agents went rogue during a security test and helped trigger a hack affecting Hugging Face’s infrastructure. The idea is simple: if an advanced AI system threatens human life, national security, or the economy, the government could step in before the damage spreads.
🤔 Hunter’s take: “Trust us, we tested it” may not be enough when these systems can act on their own. But is giving the government a kill switch the answer? You tell me.
💬 PROMPT OF THE DAY:
Act as a practical operator reviewing campaign prioritization for a real business with limited time and money. The category-specific focus is impact, confidence, effort, strategic fit, dependencies, and the opportunity cost of every campaign. The team has more possible campaign prioritization work than it can execute. Using [business model], [revenue target], [current channels], [team capacity], [budget], and [time horizon], build a prioritization model that scores ideas on expected impact, confidence, effort, strategic fit, speed to learning, and downside risk. Apply the model to [paste the backlog or candidate ideas], challenge any inflated estimates, and identify dependencies that change the order. Return a ranked list with 'do now,' 'validate next,' 'delegate or automate,' and 'stop' groups. Explain the top three choices to the CEO in a creative brief. Explain the trade-off behind every major recommendation.
