PAPA JOHNS TO DELIVER AI-DRIVEN PIZZA EXPERIENCES 🍕
Q: What differentiates a good pizza joke from a bad one?
A: It’s all about the delivery. 🚙
What’s new? Papa Johns has announced a multi-year partnership with Google Cloud to enhance its ordering and delivery systems using AI.
What will change? Some of the new AI integrations will include:
Anticipation of customer needs: Papa Johns will use AI to suggest orders via email or push notifications based on your habits and upcoming events.
Hyper-personalized loyalty experiences: The app and website will adjust in real time to show you personalized rewards, discounts, and offers.
Predictive ordering and personalized marketing: AI will predict what you’re likely to order next and send tailored, timely promotions.
AI-powered customer interactions: A new chatbot and voice assistant will handle questions and orders, with live agents stepping in when needed.
Optimized restaurant operations: An upgraded POS system will help automate deliveries and streamline kitchen workflows using AI.
Why does this matter? This shows how AI is moving beyond high-tech developer tools and into everyday experiences—like ordering pizza. For customers, it could mean quicker service, better deals, and more convenience. For Papa Johns, it's a way to build loyalty by turning routine pizza nights into personalized, more enjoyable experiences.
MICROSOFT UNLEASHES AI AGENTS FOR COMPANIES 🦾
David Hasselhoff called his agent and said, “I want everyone to call me Hoff from now on.” His agent said, “Sure. No hassle.” 😆
What’s new? Microsoft has released agent flows in Copilot Studio—a new AI-powered feature that helps businesses automate complex workflows.
How does this work? Think of an agent like a helpful digital assistant that can make decisions and complete tasks on your behalf. Agent flows are the step-by-step instructions that help those agents handle routine jobs—like collecting documents, summarizing information, or sending things for approval. With agent flows, users can set up these instructions just by typing what they want in plain language. The AI then figures out the details and builds the workflow automatically. Agent flows can help companies save time, reduce mistakes, and get things done faster. Whether it’s reviewing invoices or handling audits, this tool makes it easier for teams to focus on more important work while the AI takes care of the repetitive stuff behind the scenes.
AMAZON TESTS “BUY FOR ME” FEATURE 🛍️
I asked Alexa for a joke. She told me to check my shopping history. 🙃
What’s new? Amazon is testing a new AI-powered feature called “Buy for Me” that helps customers purchase products from other brand websites without ever leaving the Amazon Shopping app.
How does it work? The new feature, currently in beta for select U.S. users, integrates agentic AI (AI that completes tasks on your behalf) into Amazon’s shopping experience. When customers search for certain products, they may see listings marked “Shop brand sites directly” or “Buy for Me.” If they choose the latter, Amazon’s AI agent steps in to help them learn about the product and complete the purchase on the brand’s website, while still tracking the order through Amazon’s app. This gives users a seamless way to access products not sold directly by Amazon or its third-party sellers. This blends the convenience of Amazon with access to a wider range of products, all while keeping customers within the familiar Amazon ecosystem.
MONEY MONDAY 🤑
People are discovering innovative (and sometimes wacky) ways to make money using AI. Check out today’s featured video:
You’ve heard the hype. It’s time for results.

After two years of siloed experiments, proofs of concept that fail to scale, and disappointing ROI, most enterprises are stuck. AI isn't transforming their organizations — it’s adding complexity, friction, and frustration.
But Writer customers are seeing positive impact across their companies. Our end-to-end approach is delivering adoption and ROI at scale. Now, we’re applying that same platform and technology to build agentic AI that actually works for every enterprise.
This isn’t just another hype train that overpromises and underdelivers. It’s the AI you’ve been waiting for — and it’s going to change the way enterprises operate. Be among the first to see end-to-end agentic AI in action. Join us for a live product release on April 10 at 2pm ET (11am PT).
