⭐️ Today’s Feature:

You Can't Automate Good Judgement

AI promises speed and efficiency, but it’s leaving many leaders feeling more overwhelmed than ever.

The real problem isn’t technology.

It’s the pressure to do more with less — without losing what makes your leadership effective.

BELAY created the free resource 5 Traits AI Can’t Replace & Why They Matter More Than Ever to help leaders pinpoint where AI can help and where human judgment is still essential.

At BELAY, we help leaders accomplish more by matching them with top-tier, U.S.-based Executive Assistants who bring the discernment, foresight, and relational intelligence that AI can’t replicate.

That way, you can focus on vision. Not systems.

REDDIT TESTS NEW AI-POWERED SHOPPING FEATURE 🛍️

Image: Reddit

What’s up? Reddit is testing a new AI-powered shopping feature that shows interactive product carousels directly in search results.

How does it work? When someone searches for something like “best noise-canceling headphones” or “gift ideas for a college student,” select users will now see a product carousel at the bottom of the results page. These carousels highlight items that were actually recommended by Reddit users in past discussions. Each product card includes images, prices, and links to retailers where people can learn more or buy. For now, the test focuses mainly on electronics and pulls product information from select advertising partners.

Why does this matter? Many people already use Reddit to research products before buying. By combining real community recommendations with up-to-date pricing and shopping links, Reddit is trying to make it easier to go from “What should I buy?” to actually making a purchase — without leaving the conversation.

YOUTUBE LETS YOU TALK TO YOUR TV 📺

What’s new? YouTube has expanded its conversational AI tool to smart TVs, gaming consoles, and streaming devices, bringing an on-screen AI assistant directly into the living room.

How does this work? Instead of picking up your phone to look something up, viewers can now press an “Ask” button while watching YouTube on their TV. The AI suggests questions based on the video or lets users speak into their remote to ask anything related to what they’re watching. For example, you could ask about ingredients in a recipe video or the meaning behind song lyrics and get instant answers without leaving the screen.

Why does this matter? TV is quickly becoming a major battleground for AI. As companies like Amazon, Roku, and Netflix add similar features, your television is turning into a smart assistant — not just a screen.
