HI! 👋

From booking your morning Uber via Claude to letting Gemini handle the shorthand in your next in-person meeting, AI is officially leaving the chat box and entering your physical world. Let’s take a look. 👀

This link leads to one of the most interesting things I’ve seen in AI recently.

The browser that reads the room before you ask.

Most browsers get you to the page. Norton Neo gets you to the answer. Magic Box understands your intent before you finish typing — no prompting, no switching apps, no copy-pasting. Built-in AI, instantly and for free. Privacy handled by Norton, by default.

What’s new? Anthropic has added a new set of Claude connectors for everyday apps, letting users connect services like StubHub, Instacart, Audible, Tripadvisor, TurboTax, Uber, Spotify, Booking, and more directly inside Claude.

How does it work? A user links an app account to Claude, which gives Claude permission to access that service for them inside the conversation. Then, when the user asks for help, Claude can suggest the relevant connected app and actually pull in useful results. For example, if someone asks for a weekend hike, Claude can use AllTrails to surface nearby trail options that fit their preferences. If someone wants groceries, Claude can help add items to an Instacart cart. If more than one connected app could help, Claude shows the options and lets the user choose. The user stays in control, as Claude will not make a booking or purchase without the user.

Why should you care? This pushes AI further into everyday life, not just office tasks. Instead of jumping between apps, people can use one conversation to plan, compare, and organize things more easily. Anthropic also seems to be emphasizing privacy and control, saying Claude is ad-free, does not use connector data to train models, and checks before making purchases or bookings.

What’s new? Google is adding a new Google Meet feature to Workspace that can now take notes during in-person meetings.

How does it work? You open the Google Meet app or website on your device and, instead of starting a call, choose the new “Take Notes for me” feature to have Gemini transcribe and summarize the conversation. You can “pause” it whenever you want, and when you are done, you simply end the session. If needed, you can also turn the meeting into a video call to bring in someone who is not physically there. As with regular Google Meet calls, the notes are automatically saved in a Google Doc.

Why does this matter? This makes meeting notes much easier and more automatic, even when people are meeting in person. That means fewer missed details, less manual note-taking, and a faster way to turn conversations into useful summaries and action items.

🚨⭐️ Don’t let AI rot your brain.

In the AI era, the people who win won’t just use the tools — they’ll understand what the tools are doing to them.
